ROOMS

What is check in / check out time?

Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11.30am. For any guests arriving early, we will do our best to accommodate them as early as possible. As rooms are assigned on a daily basis and are dependent on departures, we cannot guarantee an early check in.

Our reception is open 24hours to accommodate all arrival times.

Can you store our luggage if my room is not ready?

Yes, we can certainly store your luggage if you arrive early and early check in is not possible.

Do you have smoking rooms?

We have a strictly no smoking policy at the hotel.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes, all rooms have a hairdryer.

Are there tea/coffee making facilities in the room?

Yes, all rooms offer tea & coffee facilities.

Do you have room service?

Yes, we offer 24hour room service with limited service between 9.30pm and 7am.

Do you supply non feathered pillows and duvets?

Yes, we can have non feather bedding in your room prior to your arrival – please advise the reservations team when reserving your room.

Do you have elevators / lift access to rooms?

Yes we do to some of our rooms. Buswells Hotel comprises of 4 Georgian Townhouses with rooms on various levels throughout the building. If you do require a room close to the lift, please advise us at the booking stage of your reservation.

Does the hotel have ice machines on the room floors?

No but you can certainly obtain a glass of ice from our bar on ground floor.

We are checking in early of a red eye flight where can we get breakfast?

Breakfast is available in our restaurant every morning from 7am if you arrive early.

How much is breakfast, if it’s not included in my rate?

If you wish to avail of breakfast whilst staying with us, we offer Full Irish Breakfast iat €25.00 per person and Continental Breakfast is €19.50 per person.

Do you have convertors / adaptors?

Our reception team have a small number of convertors for guests use during their stay. Local voltage is 220 to 240 volts AC. All rooms have USB ports.

Do you have air-conditioning in your rooms?

No we do not.

What’s the difference between a standard double room and a compact double room?

Our standard double rooms are approximately 16sq meters and our compact double rooms are approximately 12sq meters.

What’s the difference between a double and twin room?

Our Double rooms have 1 queen sized bed and our Twin rooms have 2 single beds.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Cancellations on our standard flexible packages can be made before 3pm on the day before arrival. Any cancellation made after this time will incur a charge of the first nights’ accommodation being charged to the card used to secure the booking.

Hotel

Can we print boarding cards?

Yes we can. Our reception team can assist you with this during your stay.

Do you have WI-FI?

Yes we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel for our guests.

Is there dry cleaning / laundry facilities available?

We offer guests a same day laundry / dry cleaning service. Items are collected daily at 9am from the hotel and are returned that evening.
This service is available Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).

What are the Dining hours for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner ?

Breakfast: Weekdays: 7.00am until 10.00am
Weekends & Bank Holidays from 7.00am until 10.30am
Lunch & Dinner (bar food): 8am until 9.30pm

What credit cards are accepted for payment / What is hotel's credit / debit card policy ?

Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express and Maestro.
A valid credit / debit card is required to secure all bookings made online, over the phone or by email. Please note that nothing is charged to the card at booking stage when booking directly with the hotel. All charges are required to be settled by the guest whilst at the hotel unless otherwise pre-arranged with our reservations team.

What age are children for the purpose of sharing with adults ?

Under 12's are considered to be children

Do you have parking? / How much is it?

Buswells Hotel can offer you a discount with Setanta QPark on Setanta Place, only 4 minutes walk. For overnight guests, they are currently offering a 24hour discount price of €18.00. Please note that pre-booking of spaces are not possible. (discounted price as of October 2022)

Does the hotel have a valet service?

No, we do not offer valet service

Is there a free shuttle bus to and from the airport?

We do not offer a shuttle service. For transfers to and from Dublin Airport, we recommend either AirCoach or a taxi.
Aircoach picks passengers up from outside the arrivals terminal and stops at all major hotels en route from the airport to south of the city centre. They offer discounts if you book on-line. For Buswells Hotel you should take Route 700 (Leopardstown Route). The nearest stop to our hotel is Dublin City Centre - Kildare Street stop which is adjacent to Molesworth Street where the hotel is located.
www.aircoach.ie. All Aircoach services operate from the front door of both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport.
Taxi. The taxi-rank is also situated just outside the arrivals terminal. You should expect to pay approximately €35.00 for a standard taxi.

You may purchase tickets for 1 and 2day hop on / hop off sightseeing tours from our concierge.
