The room was great. You should have someone to help carry bags up stairs to rooms. Also, food in bar was mediocre.

I enjoyed my stay and found the room very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. I was disappointed with the meal, it was pub grub and we had booked the room +evening meal option. As it was an anniversary we were celebrating it wasn't what we would have liked.

Stayed here for 4 nights, was very impressed by the hotel as it felt higher class than it was advertised being a 3 star. Staff were all fantastic and everyone I engaged with was helpful and friendly. It was my first time staying at the hotel but will definitely be making it my new favourite when I visit Dublin. Restaurant menu was limited but small bites were tasty and perfect for lunch or a snack.

This was our second time staying at Buswell’s. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and of great variety. We also ate in the bar and enjoyed the food. The location is very central for sites we wanted to visit. The street side rooms do have a bit of traffic noise until around midnight with buses going by but we were pleased with our stay.

Had a great experience staying at Buswells. Emily at the front desk was super nice and helpful!!

Wonderful property and staff. Location is perfect for wandering around Dublin. We’ll be back!

NIce hotel and room

We stayed there a total of 4 nights, 3 nights at the beginning of our trip to Ireland and one night on our way home. We would have liked a little larger room. Both times the room we got was very small. The couple that we traveled with had a considerably larger room. Everything else was very good and we definitely would stay here again.

Staff very helpful

The hotel is ideally situated on a fairly quiet street in central Dublin. An easy walk to many of the city's attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, although service in the pub/restaurant one evening was very slow. Our room was modestly furnished, clean and well-kept. The narrow corridors and hallway steps are to be expected from an older building, though this was a bit challenging to navigate with baggage after a long travel day and no assistance was provided or offered. Also, we noticed a fair bit of conversational noise from hallways and adjacent rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, and the hotel offers excellent value for its location.

Clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, generous and yummy breakfast, some noisy movements from other customers in the evening but overall lovely stay.

My room (107) was uncomfortably small. Service at breakfast was slow although the room was not crowded. I had asked for an "easy over" fried egg but was served a rather tepid "sunny side up" one. The response when I drew this to the attention of the waitress was defensive. I think more supervision is required in your breakfast room and a redesign of the whole breakfast offering would be worth thinking about.

It was a wonderful time and we were spoilt by everyone. There is simply nothing that could be criticised about the service at this hotel
