Staff were very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was clean and neat. Rooms were spacious and as advertised. Location was good. My only suggestion is to offer a "limited morning coffee" which includes perhaps coffee or tea and a scone or croissant rather than the full breakfast option. There really were no nearby options for those of us wanting to start the morning off lightly. Thanks for the nice stay.

The service at breakfast was very slow. Everyone had to call over a member of staff to ask for their order to be taken. This meant some who arrived later were served first as they got the attention of a staff member . The staff didn't seem to know which tables they were to serve . Maybe we hit it on a bad day. All staff were very pleasant but under pressure.

Second time staying here . Lovely hotel with ex Excellent staff . Always a perfect base for our Dublin trip as just a few minutes walk to centre. Will be back again , promise .

We chose Buswells because it was very close to the pick up point of our tour. We were very happy with our choice. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. I loved that we had a huge window that we could open for fresh air. The area is busy during the day but very quiet at night. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. I have Celiac Disease and appreciated that gluten free options were available. The hotel’s central location is perfect for sight seeing. We would stay there again.

This was our first visit to Dublin and we planned on walking around the city. Buswell’s provided a comfortable, well located base for our explorations. We would stay here again on future visits.

Great location and helpful staff

Comfortable room in convenient location.

The location was outstanding. The room was small, but clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space for belongings. The bathroom was also small, but would have been fine if there was more room to place belongings. Even a few hooks would help. The shower had good pressure. With the temps in the 60s, I was fine without air conditioning. I would definitely stay again.

Expensive, but the central location and convenience makes it worth it. Walking distance to just about everything.

Comfortable hotel located within walking distance of Grafton Street, Trinity College, St Stephen’s Park and many other places of interest. Full breakfast every morning and pleasant and cordial stall, would definitely go back.

Excellent place to stay in Dublin city centre.

I was very happy with my stay in Buswells Hotel. There is a warmth to the place to which each staff member adds. Everyone was polite, helpful, friendly, unobtrusive and calm.
