No end of thanks for a most extraordinarily friendly and welcoming experience.

I've stayed multiple times. Extremely satisfied with my room and service, all staff i encountered were very pleasant. However I had dinner in the bar and, while the service was quick, my light snack of scampi and chips arrived completely cold and limp. I to return it and request replacement. The replacement arrived quickly but i have to say i was very disappointed

I enjoyed my stay at Buswells. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.Iwas comfortable and felt well taken care of.

Very nice hotel staff very welcoming and helpful

I thought the hotel was a beautiful setting to experience the charm and history of Dublin. It was a perfect location to be able to walk to all the sites. My only advice is to allow for the heat to be on more regularly. It coming on from 8pm-11pm was not helpful, given the 9 days of no sun etc.

Excellent location and the hotel was very cozy for our February visit. I very much appreciated how accommodating and friendly the staff was.

Lovely hotel in a great location for the the city centre and airport shuttle. Cosy, comfortable and welcoming, would stay again if ever back in Dublin.

A lovely hotel fantastic location. Never ate there except breakfast,it was nice but very slow to replenish the buffet,one of the waitresses was so friendly and great at her job. Unfortunately it was the worse nights sleep we ever had in a hotel. The windows are single pane at the front so you can hear everything from 4am onwards. If I stayed again I’d ask for the back of the building and hope that’s quieter. Also not sure of the reason behind having to drop your key at reception every time you leave the hotel.. they said because the name of the hotel is in the key but I think every hotel has that..overall I would stay again and recommend it very good value for money too

Buswells is a Georgian jewel in a Georgian enclave in the middle of a Georgian city - and because it is adjacent to the Dail (Irish Parliament) security is first class and there is VITRUALLY NO TRAFFIC AT NIGHT. My normal Dublin hotel is under renovation so this was a first - the high quality of the fitting, the helpfulness - and efficiency - of the staff - and all at a more reasonable price than I used to pay! Well done to Managment and staff - and thank you!

We were happy with everything at the hotel. However, we were kept awake at night by the TV in the adjoining room. Sky News was playing and either the walls were thin or the TV was so loud but we could actually hear the news being read. I drifted off to sleep eventually but woke at around 3.30am. The noise of the TV was the same. I banged loudly on the adjoining wall but to no avail. I called reception and was told they would deal with it. The TV next door went off within ten minutes and i eventually got back to sleep. However, it came back on at 7am and was just as loud and it was Sky news all over again! It was difficult to sleep. The news could still be heard from that room at 10am. Buswell's is a nice hotel but we left it exhausted after a poor night's sleep.

I stayed at Buswell's for five nights this past January. It's a great location and true value for the money. My room overlooked Molesworth Street and because of the hotel's proximity to Government (Library, Museum) it can be noisy at times. But a small inconvenience given the entire experience. My room was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Staff was friendly, curteous and prompt. I'll book again. James

Staff efficient. Not particularly friendly, except the night porter. Found hotel Decor dated and shabby in places. Chamber maids left items includung refuse sacks in narrow corridor, an accident waiting to happen. Was not really made to feel welcome overall.

Even though Buswells Hotel is about 6,000 miles from where we live in California, it feels like home. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the lobby and its fireplaces are a warm and comfortable refuge from cold and damp winter weather, and Buswell's proximity to a variety of activities is just what we need in our home away from home. We will be back.

Have stayed here numerous times and on recommendation family now stay here too when visiting Dublin. Very central hotel. Carpark very convenient. Lovely staff. Did not have food here so can't comment. Will no doubt stay here again

The room was excellent and staff very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is very convenient to shops/restaurants. The only comment I’d have is breakfast on Saturday morning was not very good.

I always enjoy visiting Buswells but this is the first time I have stayed and will definitely stay again if I am staying in Dublin

We did a Rick Stevens's tour in August of 2024. We had a lovely stay at the Buswel hotel and staff were very accommodating.

Great hotel, great staff, great location. I will be back !
