The hotel was lovely and homey. However the bed was broken down and the bathroom floor was dirty.

Beautiful, cozy hotel in central location with wonderful authentic Irish hospitality.

We were a family of 6, including my 91 year old Mother-in-Law who has mobility issues. The hotel was lovely, very conveniently located to everything and was charmingly and tastefully decorated. The best part of the hotel however, was the amazing staff that assisted us in everything from putting a rented wheelchair together for my mother in law, to helping us navigate the unexpected chaos of "Budget Day" and potential protests which closed the road in front of the hotel for a day. Our heartfelt thanks to Ali at the front desk, and especially Ger, who helped us out so much and always (always!) with a smile on his face. They did indeed make our trip so delightful and the reason we would not hesitate to stay at Buswells again.

We stayed at Buswell's four nights in October when the weather was not good. Our double room was great. The restaurant provided an easy place to dine reasonably without engaging the weather and the staff was outstanding. The hotel's location put us near the buses we used to navigate the city.

Buswells Hotel was the perfect place for out first time visit to Dublin! Great location for Trinity College, Temple area, and museums. Staff and accommodations were great. I highly recommend and would stay here again on our next visit!

Beautiful hotel located away from the business of Temple Bar and yet central and close to many attractions. Excellent customer service with clean, quiet rooms. Would definitely stay at Buswells when in Dublin.

The hotel was awesome. The elegant appearance, the staff, the breakfast, the bar, and especially the location made Buswells a great choice for us. The rates were very fair and reasonable. We wanted to stay away from the Temple Bar area yet within walking distance to Temple Bar and most all other attractions/museums/churches. Buswells provided the perfect location for our needs. The restaurants and pubs close to the hotel were great. Buswells is definitely worth your consideration!!

Most charming hotel; we loved our stay at Buswells! It was far too quick and we kept saying we wish we could stay longer. Clean, cozy, friendly and professional staff, and great location! I have a hard time sleeping anywhere other than my own bed, but slept SO well! Comfortable beds and amazing pillows! We will be back!!

Room door was open when we went to room. Advised issue with sink, then told safe not working. I needed safe so was moved. Rocky start. Stay was good. Bed comfortable. Staff nice. Enjoyed stay.

Positives are it is right in the middle of town and has a lovely breakfast each morning. If feels like an old fashioned hotel in an old building so definitely some charm compared to a chain. It does have an elevator, but some rooms have some steps up and down anyway due to different levels. Rooms neat and clean but a bit old fashioned in decor. I found it a little quaint but very nice, with very helpful staff who were glad to help if needed.

Hotel is in a great location. Very nice hotel but room was small. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Buswell's and I would gladly stay there again. Location, rooms, common areas, restaurant, breakfast, service etc. were all very good. The parking costs were unexpectedly high; guests should be better informed in advance.

Excellent location. Breakfast was always delicious, and served with a friendly smile. Mattresses were a little bit worn. Thank you for keeping this review so concise!!

We loved everything about our stay at Buswells except the condition of the carpet in room 306. We were surprised that the photos online must be from many years ago. The hotel has been maintained beautifully however our room was in need of an update.

Great location and room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fabulous!
