We had a good stay at the Buswells Hotel. Room was very comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. One comment though to be made about the music. We stayed in a room in the 1st floor, and the ambient piano music playing at the bar was very audible in the room. As a matter of fact we had to call reception twice (in the late evening, and then in the early morning after) to have the music turned off.

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Lovely,elegant, old world hotel, friendly staff and a really excellent central location. We will definitely book again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Buswells. Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. We had dinner in the Bar restaurant which was excellent and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. the rooms were spacious and clean. we would've liked softer pillows. located in center in a quiet location near everything including restaurants.

Nice service, room well appointed apart from lighting - harsh in bathroom and overhead lights never good. Bathroom blind not working.

Everything was Perfect

Amazing (twin) room, perfect city centre location without the busy noises, excellent breakfast and an authentic hotel atmosphere. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the near future.

The most helpful and friendly staff at Buswells makes it the best stay in Dublin. It has a great location and has nice furnishings, of course, but it is the welcome and the extra help that matters. I have stayed before and will stay adain

Charming hotel in a great central Dublin location with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant has very good food compared to most restaurants we dined at in Dublin. Get the breakfast option with your room. The pub is friendly and comfortable. The bathroom in our room appeared to be recently updated. As with many Dublin hotels there is no air conditioning so keep that in mind if you visit during mid-summer. The Buswell is a short walk to Trinity College, Merrion Square, St Stephens Green, the National Library and Museums.

We really enjoyed our stay however, the mattress was extremely disappointing. When I sat on it felt like I was sitting on the hard base of the bed. It didn't match the quality of the bed linen, pillows & quilt which I loved. The shower hands down the best I've experienced thus far in a hotel. I know good weather is rare in Dublin but really could have done with A.C. in room. Opening the windows could hear the noise of whatever is was that was humming outside. Also the lovk on door is a bit tricky to open door we had to go get help, we weren't advised and reception to pull the door towards us on opening lock then push to open . Location is great.

The hotel was Justin. A wonderful location in a very safe area, close to many of the attractions that we wanted to see.

Great location, comfy bedding. Please consider a better grade of instant coffee and larger coffee mugs.

A very comfortable hotel. Breakfasts made individually whatever your choice. A nice lounge and bar. Ideal location close to beautiful parks, shops, and public transport really reliable. Highly recommend Buswells.
