The hotel was well located and I could walk to many things I wanted to see in Dublin. I was put in an interior room where the view from my window was an interior building's roof top. It felt mildly claustrophobic. I did request a quiet room and it was very quiet. I didn't mention it to the hotel, I do wish that I was informed of the type of view it has.

Buswells Hotel is an excellent choice for a Dublin stay. The rooms are very nice, the interior common areas (lobby, pub, breakfast room) are gorgeous. The hotel is very well placed near St Stephen’s Green and walking distance to Temple Bar area, Trinity College, etc. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the bed & breakfast option as the breakfast offerings are wonderful.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed here in 2022 and were so pleased with the service and rooms that we returned in 2026. Once again, top notch. Special shout out to Paddy in the lobby for all of his help and tips with some of our day trip plans! We will return. And your location can't be beat!

The staff is wonderful, the facility is older but comfortably appointed. The only reservation is the elevator. While it's there, there are a number of rooms that are only reachable by a flight of stairs. If you have any inability for stair climbing, the staff will happily relocate you to another room.

I had a great time at the hotel, perfect location and very friendly staff. I will stay again in the hotel in my next trip to Dublin!!

Had a really lovely stay at Buswells Hotel with the family. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is full of character, with nice decor and a warm atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and tastefully furnished, the breakfast was very good, and we really enjoyed the bar in the evenings. The location is excellent, with so many of Dublin's attractions, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Would happily recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Fabulous location, convenient to the National Museum and National Library as well as major shopping and dining. The hotel is charming and the staff are friendly and very capable. Great stay!

Nice hotel but was disappointed no air conditioning at this level of hotel. And just as bad was no mini-fridge in the room.

I would definitely return to Buswells again. The location is outstanding, and the staff and amenities were excellent. A very nice and filling breakfast is available on site, as well as a lively pub/restaurant. My visit was in early July, and my room did not have AC. For some reason my radiator, though turned off, was always slightly warm to the touch. My room was a bit warm, but a fan was provided which helped greatly. If you can tolerate no AC in the warm weather, this is a wonderful and unique hotel.

Loved our stay at Buswells and we'll certainly be back. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable.

Buswells Hotel is an amazing place to stay when in Dublin. The staff was wonderful, and the charm of the hotel was a reminder of my childhood. Ger was a wonderful concierge that was wonderfully witty and charming. I left my wallet in the taxi that took us to the airport and Ella Murtagh was more than helpful in ensuring its return to Buswells and then sent out via AN Post. You cannot get that kind of service like Ger and Ella provided anywhere else that we have traveled. My family and I put Buswells Hotel on our must return to. We have also recommended it to friends who are planning travel to Dublin. My gratitude for the staff runs deep. Thank you.

Buswells Hotel was the best hotel. Room was clean, comfortable, and tidied up daily. The breakfast was wonderful. All staff was friendly and engaging.

Out stay at Buswells was lovely. The room was attractive and comfortable, the breakfasts were great and location was perfect for walking everywere.

Buswell's is our favorite Dublin Hotel. The staff is really great! So why is it our favorite. First the location is fantastic, giving you walking access to the museums right across Kildare Street, Shopping and the fun of Grafton Street and Temple Bar. The hotel is a throw back to a more aristocratic Dublin. Yes the rooms are small and they don't have air conditioning, but that is normally not needed in Dublin. But for the excitement of Dublin Center City, and easy access to so much of what the city offers, nothing beats Buswells.
