Wonderful staff! Beautiful hotel.

Ideal location and nice breakfast

Very nice, clean/friendly staff

Our family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights in May 2025 and thought it was fantastic. Our room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast menu options were delicious. It was a great location for us to explore that area of Dublin. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

It is the perfect location to explore Dublin. Trinity College, Grafton St., Saint Stephen’s Green only a block or two away. Breakfast was outstanding with friendly service. Lobby, comfortable, and inviting. In retrospect, I would stay here again.

Wonderful staff! Wonderful stay.

The staff was very friendly but a bit overwhelmed at times. We had two rooms. One was not much more than the bed and a separate bathroom. The second room was slightly larger. The location was very convenient.

This is the second time that I have brought a large group to Buswells and the experience was excellent. The front desk staff, bell staff, and wait staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast, great location too. I will certainly return.

Front of the house service was quite helpful. The staff was quite attentive at arrival and helped with luggage to our room and other assistance as needed. The dining room and lounge are lovely. Buswells is a perfectly delightful hotel. The location is close to Trinity College, beautiful parks, shopping and restaurants. Five Stars Plus!

Very quiet room for being in such a central location

Wonderful service, lovely breakfast and great location in Dublin. Everything working at the hotel was extremely pleasant & very helpful!

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I enjoyed my stay, my room was lovely and I have to say the pillows were divine. My only issue was with the iron - definitely wasn't up to scratch.

Getting to and from my room with a suitcase and all the stairs/doors was a challenge. The number of food options in the restaurant for a non-meat eater were limited.

We loved the location and enjoyed the hotel's old-world charm. Staff members were friendly, too. Only problem was the room was very hot and the windows only opened a crack and no fans were available, which made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, a good stay.

The hotel is unfortunaetly too worn down. The room lacked hair dryer.

Room was hot and there were not screens in the windows. Otherwise, lovely old "grand dame". Bar was nice and food in the restaurant was decent. They were able to hold our luggage until our rooms were ready, which was helpful (we arrived at 8AM). Rooms were decent size.
