The staff was very helpful with any request. The gentlemen that helped secure my wife's scooter and take luggage to the lobby from the station entrance upon arrival and at checkout was very kind and genuine. Upon departure he wheeled the luggage to the train entrance, wonderful employee. Only negative was the very slow drain in the shower had to turn off shower and wait to drain. Then back on to finish the shower.

Great location, wonderful breakfast selection, very friendly staff. The room had everything I needed.

Hotel was wonderful. The staff was great and so helpful from the time we got there. They were all so friendly. The location was incredible and it was a great value for the money. We had 4 rooms and all fu felt the same!

price, location, breakfast & staff were great but the size of the room shocked me. I stay in a lot of hotels with work, selected Buswells for its location and great price. Not complaining as it was cheap but I'm a big guy and cant remember the last time I slept in a single in a room with no bedside locker etc..

A lovely hotel! Great service, location and food including breakfast and restaurant! The staff was particularly friendly and accommodating! We loved "Ash" and "Rory" both very helpful and nice.

Great Location and Friendly Staff Buswells Hotel is a nice hotel in a fantastic, convenient location in Dublin. It is within easy walking distance of many of the city’s major attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest, which made it very easy to explore the city without needing transportation. The hotel room itself was a good size and comfortable overall. However, the bathroom shower was extremely small and felt quite cramped. The room was also very hot and stuffy during our stay, which made it less comfortable than it otherwise would have been. The staff were a definite highlight. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience. Overall, Buswells is a good choice if you prioritize a convenient, central location and friendly service. The room size was good, but the very small shower and hot, stuffy room kept this from being an outstanding stay.

The hotel was well located and I could walk to many things I wanted to see in Dublin. I was put in an interior room where the view from my window was an interior building's roof top. It felt mildly claustrophobic. I did request a quiet room and it was very quiet. I didn't mention it to the hotel, I do wish that I was informed of the type of view it has.

Buswells Hotel is an excellent choice for a Dublin stay. The rooms are very nice, the interior common areas (lobby, pub, breakfast room) are gorgeous. The hotel is very well placed near St Stephen’s Green and walking distance to Temple Bar area, Trinity College, etc. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the bed & breakfast option as the breakfast offerings are wonderful.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed here in 2022 and were so pleased with the service and rooms that we returned in 2026. Once again, top notch. Special shout out to Paddy in the lobby for all of his help and tips with some of our day trip plans! We will return. And your location can't be beat!

The staff is wonderful, the facility is older but comfortably appointed. The only reservation is the elevator. While it's there, there are a number of rooms that are only reachable by a flight of stairs. If you have any inability for stair climbing, the staff will happily relocate you to another room.

I had a great time at the hotel, perfect location and very friendly staff. I will stay again in the hotel in my next trip to Dublin!!

Had a really lovely stay at Buswells Hotel with the family. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is full of character, with nice decor and a warm atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and tastefully furnished, the breakfast was very good, and we really enjoyed the bar in the evenings. The location is excellent, with so many of Dublin's attractions, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Would happily recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Fabulous location, convenient to the National Museum and National Library as well as major shopping and dining. The hotel is charming and the staff are friendly and very capable. Great stay!
