Everything about Buswell's is perfect for us! Perfect location. Friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant. Clean, comfortable rooms. Our favorite stay in Dublin!

My friend and I had wonderful stay last week. We had won tickets to the Toy Show and were as excited as two kids so we dressed up in some ridiculously over the top outfits for the event. The lovely staff took pics of us before we headed off, let us back in when we returned quite late and minded our gifts when we went to have a wander around Grafton St the next morning. We're both from Dublin but had a night off from responsibilities and this was the perfect place for us.. The staff were exceptionally lovely, everyone we met was so kind and entered into the fun of our night out. The triple room was perfect and spotlessly clean and the light meal and couple of drinks we had before we went to the show were delicious. We felt so welcomed and looked after from start to finish. Let me put it this way: The Buswells didn't have availablility for the entire week we were in Dublin, so we moved to a four-star hotel for the final three days. The four-star was very nice, but we liked the Buswells much better! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great sraff, great food, lovely comfy bed, lovely charm and atmosphere. An awful lot of stairs to manage with knee replacements, , but the real and only nightmare was the horrible car park experience. The Q park deal was a joke, refused entry until their pre pays entered, then it was full, then found another Q car park ar the rear had to enter and exit twice. Shocking carry on by Q park. If I was the hotel id end the connection with them.

everything with the stay was fine, it is a pity that the pricing is so volatile.

Buswells has a lovely homely feel. Ate lunch and dinner there and bothered the service and quality was second to none. Location excellent also.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The decor downstairs was fantastic with a big roaring fire and decorated Christmas tree. The decor upstairs was good but understand that the old sash windows in the bedroom can’t be changed but it did mean that you could hear traffic noises but it wasn’t too bad. Bed very comfortable and bedroom very nice. Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was very very good (if a little expensive) however I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Love the updates and the cozy feel of the hotel. Bathrooms are a bit tight and air system needs work.

Only problem was security safe placed on floor of wardrobe. Inaccessible for those of us with arthritic joints. Weird place to put a safe in any case. But Buswell’s still my favourite Dublin hotel. Never stay anywhere else.

Charming hotel right in the centre of the city. Helpful staff (especially the porter on Nov 20th.!!), good evening dinner, nice bar atmosphere. The bedroom was a little old (needed a little updating) but the bathroom was modern and had everything necessary. Will definitely return !

Staff & atmosphere are exceptional!

The one thing I would change is the music in the hallways- it made it impossible to take a nap during the day because it is far too loud, it comes into the room.

Loved the hotel- room was comfortable and clean, lobby was lovely to relax in, staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed with the restaurant and bar. One whisky on ice I ordered seemed very weak, almost as if it were an old drink with partly melted ice. The Cesar salad was ok, but did not measure up to what it cost. Enjoyed the cheese board very much. Aside from these small things from the bar/restaurant, I loved my stay and will likely return.

Excellent location for both shopping and visiting Dublins fabulous galleries. Very comfortable, welcoming Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall our experience was very good. What prevented the 5 score was: We had a meal in the Bar on Sunday night which was fairly good, but I must say that it is the first time that I have ever been served food on stone cold plates. Not even an attempt to warm them. This is something easily remedied!

Every stay at Buswells Hotel is a delight. Nice rooms with lovely sitting ares and restaurant. I always enjoy a cup of tea when I am there.

The room was much smaller than I was expecting, and there wasn't a lot of space for luggage. It was also quite old-fashioned, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but again, just not what I was expecting. Apart from that it was comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
