Bedroom cancellation policy.

31 Day Advance Purchase Package : - Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the booking stage.   All Advance Purchase Rates are non refundable and bookings cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Cancellation policy for any other rates than 31-Day Advance Purchase :-  Cancellations should be made directly to Buswells Hotel by 2pm on day prior to arrival to receive your cancellation number.  If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first nights accommodation cost.  Where a booking fee / deposit has been paid, this will be non-refundable.
